Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team closed out the weekend conference homestand on Sunday dropping a 3-0 decision to the visiting Terriers of Thomas College in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action. With the loss the Fighting Tigers fall to 0-12-2 overall on the year including a 0-7 record in NAC action while the improve to 5-5-3 with a 3-1-3 record in conference play.

Despite the game being basically even from a statistically perspective as the Terriers outshot Cobleskill 17-16 while the Fighting Tigers held a 6-5 advantage in corner kicks. But it was the visitors who capitalized on opportunities and turnovers to secure the victory.

The Fighting Tigers will next be in action on Wednesday October 12 when they travel to Albany, N.Y. to meet the Gators of Russell Sage College for a non-conference contest to be played at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
