Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's basketball team continued their road struggles losing to the host Badgers of Northern Vermont University-Johnson on Friday evening by a score of 100-84 in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action. With the loss the Fighting Tigers are now 3-18 overall including a 2-9 conference record while the Badgers improve to 9-13 overall including a 5-5 record versus NAC opponents.
Once again, the Fighting Tigers got off to a cold start as the Badgers opened the game on a 12-2 run off the opening tip on their way to a 56-39 halftime lead from which they never looked back as the home team dominated the backboard by a 55-25 margin while shooting an impressive 37-of-74, 50.0%, from the field to secure the victory.

Justin Feldman, Chester, N.Y., Chester High School/Orange Community College, led Cobleskill with a career high of 27 points to go with six rebounds, three assists and three steals while junior forward
Kevin Cadet, Roselle, N.J., Roselle High School added 15 points and six rebounds on the evening. Senior point guard
Mike McKoy, Charlotte, N.C., Statesville Christian High School, scored 14 points with first year guard
Mekhi Woodbury, White Plains, N.Y., White Plains High School, scoring 11 points and passing out three assists for the visitors.
The Orange & Black will conclude the regular season on Saturday, February 12, when they travel to Canton, N.Y. to meet NAC rival SUNY Canton with tip-off scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Â
