Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's basketball team closed out their regular season in style by celebrating "Senior Day" extending their program record winning streak to 13 games with a 93-47 drubbing of the visiting Lions of Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Saturday afternoon. With the win the Fighting Tigers improve to 23-1 overall on the season while posting a perfect regular season league record of 12-0 to cement their position on top of the NAC Western Division heading into the league's post season championship tournament while ENC closes the regular season at 12-11 overall with a 7-5 record in conference play.
The Fighting Tigers scored early and often versus the Lions' defense pouncing out to a 29-8 first quarter lead which they extended to 53-16 at halftime to effectively decide the issue by dominating the inside out scoring the visitors by a 48-18 margin in the paint.

Logan Thayne, Hoosick Falls, N.Y., Hoosick Falls High School, paced the Cobleskill attack posting her 15
th double/double with game highs of 21 points and 14 rebounds along with four blocked shots with junior guard/forward
Antonia May, Amsterdam, N.Y., Amsterdam High School, hitting for 14 points, eight rebounds and five blocked shots. Junior forward
Cara Walker, Phelps, N.Y., Midlakes High School, continued her strong play with 12 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
The home team also received strong contributions from senior guard
Taylor Meacham, Berne, N.Y., Berne-Knox-Westerlo High School, with nine points and six assists, junior forward
Emily Satterday, Latham, N.Y., Shaker High School, with eight points and four rebounds and first-year center
Mady Victorin Menands, N.Y., Shaker High School, with eight points, five rebounds and two blocked shots.
The Fighting Tigers will now await the seedings and game times for the 2024 NAC Western Division Championship Tournament to be hosted on Friday February 16
th and Saturday February 17
th.
