Rochester, N.Y. – The SUNY Cobleskill women's cross country team wrapped up its 2025 season on Saturday morning, competing against a deep and competitive field at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional Championships. The race was held at Genesee Valley Park on a challenging and demanding 6K course.
Senior
Alyssa Freeguard (Argyle, N.Y.) stepped up with her strongest performance of the year, leading the Tigers for the first time this season. She placed 88th in 24:50.6, running one of her most consistent races of the fall. Just behind her, sophomore
Gabrielle Waite (Pulaski, N.Y.) crossed in 89th with a time of 24:52.2, keeping the top of Cobleskill's pack tight through the middle and late stages.
Sophomore
Madison Binette (Lewiston, Maine) followed as the team's third finisher, placing 119th in 26:59.2, while sophomore
Molly Repicky (Schoharie, N.Y.) secured a 143rd-place finish in 28:39.1. First-year
Isabella Baier (McKinney, Texas) rounded out the Cobleskill lineup, placing 156th with a time of 32:45.8.
The meet marks the conclusion of a season highlighted by steady improvement, depth across the roster, and multiple breakthrough performances throughout the fall.
