Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. – The SUNY Cobleskill men's cross country team turned in a strong performance on Saturday morning, placing second overall in the white group at the Fred Pavlich Invitational hosted by Bard College. The Fighting Tigers handled the challenging 8K course with five runners in the top 35.
Senior
Nik Recore (Peru, N.Y.) led the charge with a third-place finish, clocking 29:01.5. Senior
Jacob Rhinesmith (Somerset, N.J.) followed close behind in the top 10, earning 10th place in 30:40.9. Junior
Michael Jocz (Syracuse, N.Y.) added a 21st-place finish at 33:25.4, while sophomore
David Kogan (Brooklyn, N.Y.) came through in 23rd with a time of 33:31.5. Junior
Antonio Gonzalez (Niskayuna, N.Y.) rounded out the team scoring in 32nd at 35:06.7.
