Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's swimming & diving team opened the 2015-16 season in impressive fashion on Saturday by posting a 105-65 victory over the visiting Raptors of Bard College at the Bouck Hall Natatorium. The Fighting Tigers dominated the event from the opening event with a sweep of the relay events and six individual event victories.
Freshman
Emily Sugrue, Long Island City, N.Y., The Renaissance Charter School, had an impressive debut for the home team by posting individual wins in the: 50-yard freestyle in 27.03 seconds, the 100-yard freestyle in 1:00.09 while sophomore
Rachel Saltus, Islip Terrace, N.Y., Central Islip High School, posted wins in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:24.53 and the 100-yard butterfly in 1:15.91.
Cobleskill also received event wins from junior
Erin Fitzgerald, West Milford, N.J., West Milford High School, who won the 100-yard backstroke in 1:16.27 and from sophomore
Danielle Hoyt, Walcott, N.Y., North Rose-Walcott High School, in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:20.38.
In the relays, the Fighting Tigers took the 200-yard medley relay as the team of

Stephanie Pyra, Barker, N.Y., Barker High School, posted a winning time of 2:11 while the 200-freestyle medley of

Rachel Saltus, freshman
Jeanne Giles, Cobleskill, N.Y., Cobleskill-Richmondville High School, and freshman
Adralice Chatman, West Hempstead, N.Y., West Hempstead High School, won the event in a time of 2:10.46.

st when they host the Saxons of Alfred University at the Bouck Hall Natatorium beginning at 1:00 p.m. Â
