Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's lacrosse team's struggles continued on Friday afternoon as the Orange & Black dropped a 14-4 decision to visiting Bryn Athyn College in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action at the Soccer/Lax Complex. With the loss the Fighting Tigers drop to 3-9 overall including a 1-5 record in NEAC action while the Lions improve to 7-4 overall including a 3-3 mark in conference play.
Sophomore midfielder
David Meyers, Manorville, N.Y., Eastport-South Manor High School, was a bright spot in defeat for the Fighting Tigers with three goals and an assist while freshman midfielder
Kyle Magdziuk, Syracuse, N.Y., Westhill High School, had one goal to go with a team game high 16 ground balls picked up and 17 face-off wins in 21 attempts on the afternoon.
Cobleskill will next be in action on Wednesday April 22 when they close out the home portion of their 2015 schedule by hosting the Mustangs of Morrisville State College in NEAC play beginning at 4:00 p.m. The game will also be
"Senior Day" with the Orange & Black honoring their senior team members prior to face-off.
