Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's swimming & diving team opened the semester with a 77-48 home loss to the Pioneers of Utica College on Saturday at the Bouck Hall Natatorium. The loss drops the Fighting Tigers 4-4-1 overall on the season to date.

The Fighting Tigers received a pair of individual event wins at the meet from junior Hannah Kincaid, Topsham, Me., Mount Ararat High School, in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:12.85 and from freshman Emily Sugrue, Long Island City, N.Y., The Renaissance Charter School, in the 100-yard freestyle High School in a time of 1:00.66.

Cobleskill will return to action on Tuesday January 19^th when they travel to Wayne, N.J. to face William Patterson University in dual meet action beginning at 6:00 p.m.
