Newburgh, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's lacrosse team saw their season opening two-game winning streak end on Saturday as the Fighting Tigers dropped a 15-4 non-conference road decision to host Mount Saint Mary's College on Saturday afternoon. The loss drops the Fighting Tigers to 2-1 overall on the year while the Knights improve to a perfect 4-0 on the season.
Cobleskill got off to an extremely slow start early falling behind 6-0 after the first period after which they could pose no serious threat to the Knights. The Fighting Tigers hurt themselves with 30 turnovers and 12 failed clearing attempts. The Orange & Black were also outshot 43-to-22 by their hosts in the contest.

The Fighting Tigers will next be in action on Tuesday March 15
th when they travel to Reading, Pa. to face the Crusaders of Alvernia College in non-league action with face-off scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
