Wilkes-Barre, Pa.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's swimming & diving team closed out the dual meet portion of their schedule over the weekend by splitting a pair of decisions at a double dual event hosted by Wilkes University. The Fighting Tigers lost to host Wilkes University by a score of 103-85 while defeating SUNY Delhi by a 114-38 tally. With the split Cobleskill closes the season with a 4-7 record versus head-to-head competition.
Cobleskill received individual event wins from: sophomore
Michelle Moffett, Staten Island, N.Y., Saint John Villa Academy, in the 500-yard freestyle in 7:13.47, sophomore
Ashley Maye, Westport, N.Y., Moriah Central High School, in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:22.98 and sophomore
Emily Sugrue, Long Island City, N.Y., The Renaissance Charter School, in the 50-yard butterfly in 30.96 seconds.
The Fighting Tigers won the 400-yard freestyle relay as the team of:

Emily Sugrue and freshman Gelyanne Rivera, Manhattan, N.Y., George Washington High School, with a time of 5:11.55.
Cobleskill will close out the regular season on Saturday February 3
rd when the team travels to Poughkeepsie, N.Y. for the 2018 Vassar College Sprint Invitational hosted by Vassar College at Spartans Kresge Pool beginning at 1:00 p.m.
