Cazenovia, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill women's swimming & diving team dropped a 109-50 road decision to the host Wildcats of Cazenovia College on Friday afternoon in a dual meet action. The meet was rescheduled from Saturday due to the impending winter storm scheduled to hit the region this weekend. With the loss the Fighting Tigers close dual meet portion of their schedule with a 4-11 record versus head-to-head completion.
The Fighting Tigers received a win in the 200-yard medley relay as the team of: freshman
Samantha Bowker, Walton, N.Y., Walton High School, freshman
Brooke Andera, Allegany, N.Y., Allegany-Limestone High School, freshman
Katherine Noncarrow, Allendale, N.J., Northern Highland Regional High School, and freshman
Katrina Oakes, Bombay, N.Y., Salmon River High School, posted a time of 2:19.16.
Katherine Noncarrow was the team's top individual scorer at the event winning the 200-yard individual medley in a time of 2:31.14 while placing second in the 500-freestyle in 5:59.27 and the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:21.38.
Cobleskill will return to action on Saturday February 2
nd when they travel to Saratoga Springs, N.Y. for the 2019 Skidmore College Sprint Invite beginning at 1:00 p.m.
