Waterville, Maine: The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) announced today that SUNY Cobleskill sophomore Kobie Long, Rochester, N.Y., McQuaid Jesuit High School, has been named the league's Men's Basketball Player-of-the-Week for the week ending November 19, 2023.
 
For the week in non-conference games versus Union College, Elmira College and Plattsburgh State College the talented sophomore guard as the Fighting Tigers top performer averaging 23.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game during the week as Cobleskill improved to 3-2 overall on the season.
 
On the year to date the Rochester native is currently averaging 22.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 steals per game in six appearances while shooting 48.7% from the field, 34.1% from three-point range and 75.9 from the free throw line.
 
The Fighting Tigers will next be in action on Tuesday November 21 when they travel to Keuka Park, N.Y. for a non-conference meeting with the Wolves of Keuka College with tip-off scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
