Cobleskill, NY: The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has named second-year outside hitter
Hallie Gasner (Middleburgh, NY) as the Fighting Tiger Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 27, 2024.
Gasner delivered a standout performance against VTSU-Lyndon, recording a career-high 12 service aces to lead the Fighting Tigers to a straight-set victory over the Hornets. The second-year hitter also contributed six kills with a .400 attack percentage, totaling a team-high 18 points in the match. She continued her strong play the following day with five digs, three kills, and three aces in a 3-0 win over VTSU-Johnson.
The Fighting Tigers will travel to VTSU-Castleton for a tri-match on November 2, where they will face UMass-Boston at 4:00 p.m.
