Gabby Downey Named NAC Co-Rookie of the Week

Waterville, ME – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has named SUNY Cobleskill first-year forward Gabby Downey (Carthage NY) the NAC Women's Soccer Co-Rookie of the Week for the week ending October 19, 2025.

Downey played a key role in Cobleskill's first win of the season - a 7-0 victory over VTSU-Lyndon - scoring her first collegiate goal and adding an assist. Her performance helped the Tigers secure their first win since October 11, 2023, as the offense posted its highest goal total in two seasons.
