Ithaca, NY: The SUNY Cobleskill women's indoor track and field team wrapped up its season at the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Championships, hosted by Ithaca College.
First-year jumper
Anneliese Klein (Carlisle, NY/Cobleskill-Richmondville) delivered a strong performance in her championship debut, placing eighth in the long jump with a mark of 5.27 meters (17-3 ½). She was the highest-finishing first-year competitor in the event and narrowly missed her program-record jump from earlier in the season.
With her top-eight finish, Klein secured All-AARTFC honors, capping off an impressive indoor campaign for the Fighting Tigers.
This meet marks the conclusion of Cobleskill's indoor season as the team now shifts its focus to the upcoming outdoor campaign.
