Cortland, NY: The SUNY Cobleskill women's track and field team closed out the 2025 SUNYAC Outdoor Championships on Saturday at SUNY Cortland with an 11th-place team finish, earning four points across a pair of scoring performances.

Gabrielle Waite (Pulaski, NY) led the Tigers on the track, scoring in the 3000-meter steeplechase with an eighth-place finish in 12:58.45. The Cobleskill 4x400-meter relay team of Guerna Becker (Fairfield, MT), Madison Binette (Lewiston, ME), Anneliese Klein (Carlisle, NY/Cobleskill-Richmondville), and Gillian Miner (Saranac, NY) also earned a point for the team, placing eighth in 4:27.94.

In the field events, Becker returned to action in the triple jump, finishing 11th with a mark of 9.15 meters (30-0¼) to round out Cobleskill's weekend.

The hammer throw carried over from Day One and featured a strong showing by Cobleskill's throwers. Adira-Virginia Greer-Padilla (Fallsburg, NY) placed 12th with a toss of 36.60 meters (120-1), while Dory Gosselin (Whitehall, NY) followed in 13th, hitting a personal-best mark of 35.99 meters (118-1) as she continues to progress in the circle.

Earlier in the meet, Jessica Carney (Hopkinton, NH) put Cobleskill on the scoreboard in the javelin with a seventh-place throw of 28.52 meters (93-7), collecting two team points.

The Tigers wrapped up their championship appearance with multiple top-10 finishes and four team points in their final team showing of the season.
