Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department announced today that sophomore Katherine Ledermann, Altamont, N.Y., Guilderland High School, a member of the women's cross country team has been named one of the program's Fighting Tiger Athletes-of-the-Week for the week ending October 30.

The Guilderland High School alumnus was the women's cross country team's top finisher at the 2022 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championships on Saturday earning First Team All-NAC honors by placing sixth overall in a 57-runner field at SUNY Canton in Canton, N.Y. by covering the hilly 6000-meter course in a time of 25:57.6. Led by Ledermann, the Fighting Tigers posted a team score of 104 points to place fourth overall among the ten teams competing at the event.

Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday November 11 when they travel to Rochester, N.Y. for the 2022 NCAA Division III Niagara Regional Championships hosted by the University of Rochester at Genesee Valley Park beginning at 11:00 a.m.
