Cobleskill, NY – The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has announced that senior men's soccer player Spencer Reisman (Youngstown, NY) and senior women's soccer player Jessica Carney (Hopkinton, NY) have been named the Fighting Tiger Athletes of the Week for the period ending October 19, 2025.

Reisman powered the Tigers to a perfect 2-0 NAC weekend with standout offensive performances against VTSU-Lyndon and VTSU-Johnson. On Senior Day versus Lyndon, he tallied two goals and an assist in Cobleskill's 5-0 victory. The following day, he added another game-winning goal and an assist in a 3-1 comeback win over Johnson, finishing the weekend with three goals, two assists, and eight total points.

Carney led the way for the Tigers' offense as they earned their first win of the season—and first since 2023—with a dominant 7-0 victory over VTSU-Lyndon. The senior midfielder played a key role in the attack, scoring twice to help secure the milestone victory for Cobleskill.
