House and Groth Recognized with NAC Men’s Golf Honors

Waterville, ME – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has announced that two members of the SUNY Cobleskill men's golf team have earned All-Conference honors for their performances during the 2025 fall season.

Joshua House (Saratoga Springs, NY) was named to the First Team All-Conference following his record-setting finish at the 2025 NAC Championship, held October 11–12 at the Cobleskill Golf and Country Club. House led the Fighting Tigers with a fifth-place overall finish in the 39-player field, marking the best individual result in program history at the NAC Championship.

The veteran standout posted rounds of 74 (+4) and 78 (+8) for a two-day total of 152 (+12). His final round featured two birdies on the front nine—on holes six and nine—and eight pars. Across the weekend, House totaled three birdies and 20 pars, finishing just two strokes out of third place. With the performance, he became the first Fighting Tiger in program history to earn First Team All-NAC honors.

Head Coach Brock Ricketts praised House's effort and impact on the program.

"Josh being named to the All-Conference team for the fourth straight season is a reflection of his hard work and dedication," said Ricketts. "His work ethic is second to none—he's always the first one in and the last one out. Josh has been a pillar of our program, and his fifth-place finish at the NAC Championship is the best in school history. He's set a new standard for what our golfers can achieve."

Bruno Groth (Andover, NJ) was also recognized for his leadership and sportsmanship, earning a spot on the NAC All-Sportsmanship Team. This honor is awarded to student-athletes who exemplify outstanding sportsmanship and ethical conduct, positively influencing their teams and communities while upholding the values of the sport.

Ricketts commended Groth for his progress and commitment.

"Bruno being named to the Sportsmanship Team is a terrific achievement," Ricketts said. "He's come a long way with his game and continues to impress both on and off the course. I'm very proud of the work he's put in and the progress he's made."
