Waterville, ME – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has named SUNY Cobleskill's
Madelynn Orosz (Seymour, CT/Nonnewaug) the NAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 30, 2025.
Orosz delivered a dominant week in the circle, going 2-0 to improve to 3-0 on the season with wins over Hartwick College and Elmira College. Against Hartwick, she pitched a complete-game six-inning outing, allowing three runs on eight hits while striking out three in an 11-3 victory. She followed up with another strong performance against Elmira, tossing a seven-inning complete game and limiting the Soaring Eagles to just three runs—only one earned—on nine hits while striking out three in a 6-3 win.
The Fighting Tigers return to action on Wednesday, April 2, with a doubleheader against Russell Sage College, set to begin at 3:00 p.m.
