Waterville, ME: The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has named first-year
Avery Prievo (Camden, NY) the NAC Softball Rookie of the Week for the week ending April 20, 2025.
Prievo put together a strong week for the Tigers as they completed a season sweep of SUNY Delhi with back-to-back doubleheader wins to improve to 4-0 in NAC play. Starting all four games in center field, Prievo went 7-for-13 at the plate for a .538 batting average, collecting five RBIs, four runs scored, and a double. Her top performance came in game one of the second doubleheader, where she went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored.
The Fighting Tigers return to action on Tuesday, April 22, for a doubleheader at Skidmore College starting at 3:00 p.m.
