Waterville, ME – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) announced its 2025-26 Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams, with the SUNY Cobleskill women's basketball program earning multiple postseason honors as voted on by the league's coaches.
The Fighting Tigers placed two players on the All-NAC teams, highlighted by sophomore guard
Jaiyla Colon (Worcester, MA) earning Second Team All-NAC recognition and junior guard
Hannah Bonczkowski (Gilbertsville, NY) being named to the Third Team. Senior
Mady Victorin (Menands, NY) was selected to the NAC Sportsmanship Team, while
Kayleigh Bryant (Schenevus, NY) also earned All-Tournament Team honors following her performances during the conference postseason.
Head coach
Megan Bowman expressed pride in the group and the impact each player had on the Tigers' season.
Colon emerged as one of Cobleskill's most complete guards this season, serving as the Tigers' primary playmaker while anchoring the defense on the perimeter. A steady floor general, she led the team in assists, steals, free throw percentage, and defensive rebounds throughout the year. Colon averaged 9.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.8 steals per game while shooting 35 percent from the field, 37 percent from three-point range, and 80 percent from the free throw line in 23.9 minutes a game.
"Being named Second Team All-Conference is a tremendous honor for Jaiyla and one that is well deserved," said Bowman. "She's a fierce competitor who does whatever it takes to help her team win. In just a year together she has become an extension of our coaching staff on the court. Her success this season is just the beginning."
Bonczkowski made an immediate impact in her first season with the program, finishing the year as Cobleskill's leading scorer and top three-point shooter. The junior guard developed into a consistent offensive threat, capable of stretching the floor while attacking the basket and contributing on the defensive end. She averaged 10.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 33 percent from the field, 24 percent from beyond the arc, and 73 percent from the free throw line in 19.7 minutes per game.
"We're very proud of the work Hannah put in to earn Third Team recognition," Bowman said. "In one season she developed into a well-rounded player and became a threat at all three levels. Her growth reflects the work she's put in, and we're excited to see how she continues to build on that experience."
Senior
Mady Victorin was also recognized for her leadership and character, earning a spot on the 2025-26 NAC Women's Basketball Sportsmanship Team. The honor recognizes student-athletes who exemplify integrity, respect, and leadership both on and off the court.
"We're incredibly proud of Mady for being named to the Sportsmanship Team," Bowman said. "Selflessness is the best way to describe her. She gives everything to the team and leads by example both on and off the court. She truly represents what our program stands for."
Bryant capped off her senior campaign by earning a spot on the NAC All-Tournament Team following a strong postseason showing for the Fighting Tigers. In Cobleskill's NAC quarterfinal victory over Thomas College, Bryant controlled the glass with a game-high 10 rebounds while adding six points on an efficient 2-of-3 shooting performance. She continued to anchor the Tigers' interior defense in the semifinal matchup against Maine Maritime, leading the team with six rebounds while adding two blocks and a steal.
