Aliyah Neeser (Forest Lake, Minn) and sophomore
Tony Woodie (West Palm Beach, FL) have been named the Fighting Tiger Athletes of the Week for the period ending April 19, 2026.
Woodie turned in a strong week at the plate, going 7-for-14 with two home runs, seven RBIs, and five runs scored. He also added a double and a stolen base. In the Tigers' 10-6 win over UMaine–Farmington, Woodie led the way with a 3-for-5 performance, driving in two runs while scoring once, along with a double and a stolen base.
Neeser delivered an outstanding week offensively, going 8-for-18 across five games. She recorded four RBIs, four runs scored, two doubles, and a triple, helping lead the Tigers to a 2-3 overall record, including a perfect 2-0 mark in NAC play.
