Cobleskill, NY – The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has announced that sophomore thrower Adira-Virginia Greer-Padilla (Fallsburg, NY) and senior pitcher Connor Mulligan (Cheshire, NY) have been named the Fighting Tiger Athletes of the Week for the period ending April 26, 2026.

Greer-Padilla delivered a record-breaking performance at the RPI Capital District Classic, setting a new SUNY Cobleskill program record in the hammer throw with a mark of 40.88 meters (134'1"). Her throw surpassed the previous record set by teammate Dory Gosselin just two weeks earlier. Greer-Padilla placed eighth overall in a competitive field to score team points for the Tigers.

Mulligan turned in a strong outing on the mound in Cobleskill's 11-5 Senior Day win over Thomas College. The senior tossed a complete game, going 7.0 innings while allowing three earned runs on four hits and striking out six. He kept hitters off balance throughout the game, inducing nine groundouts and five flyouts in the victory.
