Box Score Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill men's soccer team returned home on Saturday to post a 4-0 win to the visiting Express of Wells College at the Soccer/Lax Complex in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. With the win the Fighting Tigers move to 4-8-1 overall on the season including a 2-3 record in conference while The Express is now 3-7-1 with a 2-3 mark in NEAC play.
Cobleskill got started with an early goal by Sophomore Kadim Diba in the 43rd minute of the first half. With 11 minutes left in the half, Cobleskill added a first half insurance goal with some fancy footwork and a wonderful finesse shot by Freshman
Moussa Bamba. The scoring didn't stop in the 2nd half as Sophomore
Emile Vwaza would score the third straight goal for the Fighting Tigers. Cobleskill would score their 4th game of the game with
Emile Vwaza scoring his second goal of the match. Kadim Diba would end the game with 1 goal and 2 assists on the day.
The Fighting Tigers will next be in action on Wednesday October 17
th when they travel to Morrisville, N.Y. for a NEAC meeting with the Mustangs of Morrisville State College beginning at 4:00 p.m.
