Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill baseball team will host the 2022 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Baseball Championship Tournament at the college's campus Fighting Tiger Field in Cobleskill, N.Y. from Sunday May 8 thru Tuesday May 10. The Fighting Tigers, who captured the NAC Western Division Championship with a 20-18 overall record including an 11-4 record in conference play, will be hosting the league's championship event for the first time in program history. The tournament winner will receive the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.
Cobleskill will be the number two seed for the four-team double elimination tournament and are scheduled to meet the number three seeded Terriers of Thomas College at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday May 8. The tournament will open on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. when the number one seeded eastern division champion Eagles of Husson University will take on the number four seeded Kangaroos of SUNY Canton.
Admission to the tournament is free to the general public and all starting times are subject to change. Games will be live-streamed thru the Fighting Tiger Sports Network on-line via the Fighting Tigers Athletic Website at:
