Van Nostrand turned in an outstanding performance at the Skidmore Double Show. In the first show, she was named Reserve Champion Rider after winning a question off to break a tie with five other competitors. She claimed first place in Open Fences and finished second in the Open Flat. In the second show, Van Nostrand continued her strong day with another second-place finish in Open Fences and a second-place result in the Open Flat.
