Cobleskill, N.Y. — SUNY Cobleskill Athletics has announced the postponement of Saturday's men's lacrosse contest at Thomas College due to injuries and insufficient roster availability to ensure safe competition.
Following consultation with our athletic training staff, the decision was made to postpone the game to prioritize the health and safety of our student-athletes. The Fighting Tigers are currently unable to field a full roster at a level that meets the standard required to ensure safe competition.
We sincerely apologize to Thomas College, their student-athletes, and our fans for the inconvenience. We appreciate everyone's understanding and will provide further updates regarding the game's status as new information becomes available.
